does not work, I want my money back

I installed it, it did good for three cards, I started with the fourth card, I clicked on take a picture. The camera opened with no controls. I was looking through the lens.
I deleted the app and downloaded it again. same thing happened but after the first card.
Also there is no contact info on their website. Software Fails, Support Fails.
