Paid for the App, worked only 1 week

I paid for the App premium around 4 euros to be able to save the contacts in my contacts mobile. It was very usefu during couple of days, then the sales force export premium expired (which I didnt use since I didnt care), and now the App doesnt work anymore while I paid for it... I wrote to the technical support and no reply, I am very disappointed.
